bash - Run cronjob as user to change desktop background in Ubuntu -

I'm trying to run a random photo in a desktop that changes my desktop background. It works from the command line, and the cronjob goes up (the added output and it spit into the log file), but I can not change my background. Here's my current line (set to run for every minute of the trial).

  01 * * * * Username / Homes / Username / Papers / flip.sh

Any ideas?
