If this window appears in services, each database will have a different service by default named OracleService < Em> DATABASENAME .
You may only be able to connect with this information at default port 1521.

If that does not work in opening properties, in that service you can find the place of the Oracle Home. You can find your connected information in this file by using the default location database name to keep your connection information in ORACLEHOME \ network \ admin \ tnsnames.ora.

If this is a Linux / Unix look in the / etc / oratab file, then the database name and oracle home should be listed in it. The default location for the Tnsnames.ora file is similar to Windows.

Once you get this information, you can use any of the tools mentioned above to connect to the database.
