iphone - Can I use the "free" sound files from this website? -

For free iPhone applications, can I use sound files from these websites?

Can I download WAV files and use them in my app, without any problems ? I just need a little less chance (less than 1 second).

If you want to be actually safe, record your own sounds Do - in this way, you know that the copyright holder has given you permission to use them unless you have a blanket of copyright on those (or other) files, or for the use of them for any purpose There is a clear license for you, you may still be upset.

And I mean nothing - nostalgic kind:

To do the best of our knowledge, blah blah blah ...

This law is unlikely to be held in a court :-)

The main problem with digital copies is that they are the correct replicas, which means that the copyright holder can easily say this You have stopped your work.

It is not that I would suggest this as an option, because it is still probably a derivative work, but if you can not record your sounds actually So you might want to think about editing that sound, so that it can be hard, ideally eaten by the computer through a speaker in a microphone and in another file: -)

Or, look at the sites on the Web Where they are really saying that they own the copyright and fit you see it as license to access the files. In this way, you get at least some protection, if they (or any other) later come back to receive the payment.

An example is a huge effect, and with a generous royalty-free license. This is the "public domain sound effect" when googling was found as the second entry (This was the first time a waste, how to find public domain sound effects, content was free tutorial) Many other links have been purchased Those you also like to check out.

To be safe, I will actually license those pages and dump the screen where you are downloading, but this is because I am naturally crazy: -)
