html - Styling an anchor tag to look like a submit button -

I have a form where "submit" button and "cancel" is anchor. I HTML is:

  & lt; Input type = "submit" value = "submit" /> & Lt; A href = "some_url" & gt; Cancel & lt; / A & gt;

I want to see and do the same thing for both. Nothing fancy, just look at the "How to Ask Questions" anchor anything on the stack overflow.

I can hover the bounding box, background color, and background color to look at both of them alike, but I can use height and vertical alignment to play well with each other. Can not get enough. I will post my CSS but there is such a disturbance at this point that I think it may be easier to start with scratch, the CSS layout of a ladder is working, then proceed from there.

I know that I can use one instead of an anchor and hook onClick events to delete again. At this point it is almost a matter of principle that this is the use of an anchor (and there are web spider ideas to pay attention to here). "Itemprop =" text ">

You can find it with simple style, it would be best to:

  .likeabutton {text-decoration: none; font: menu; display: inline-block ; Padding: 2px 8px; background: buttonfase; color: button text; border-style: solid; border width: 2px; border-color: button button button button button button lightlight;} Icebutton: active {border-color: button shadow buttonHighlight buttonHight button button ;}

(IE 6-IE7 to keep focused buttons as 'active' There is probably some sort of decision to stop.)

It does not necessarily have a button on the original desktop, though; actually, for many desktop themes, the constellation of a button in simple CSS : Generation will not be possible.

However, you can ask the browser to use the original rendering, which is best:

  .likeabutton {Present: Button; -Mouse-presence: Button; -WebKit-Attendance: Button; Text-decoration: None Yes; font: menu; color: button text; display: inline-block; padding: 2px 8px;}

Unfortunately, as you may have guessed from browser-specific prefixes, This is the place that does not keep anywhere yet. Especially in IE and Opera it will be ignored. But if you include other styles in the form of backups, then browsers which presence support, empty that property, prefer clear backgrounds and boundaries!

What you can do is presence styles above the top, and have to perform javascript fixes as needed, for example:

 < Code> & lt; Script type = "text / javascript" & gt; Var r = document.documentElement; If you add (/ IE6 or IE 7 / /) / / / mussudown ('webkit mirrors' in 'MozAppearance' 'R' in 'background' and 'present' in '' color '')) Press the mouse button on the mouse button, if you can be bothered, then add styles for the 'active' button} & lt; / Script & gt;
