.net - Get a thread by its name -

Two questions, I want to give a thread a name and want to retrieve it to check whether it is alive How is that to do this? / P>

I want to do this in the ASP.NET application on the BLL layer, so I do not have the timeout exception. Is this a bad idea?

Thanks

1) System. The string name is the property you can use it.

2) I think more information is required to answer the second question. It would be better if you remove it from this question and ask different questions to discuss it in isolation.
